How the table is laid out
Under the top rollover lanes sits a triangle of 3 pop bumpers: cyan on the upper left, coral on the upper right and a second cyan bumper just below them. Right under that triangle, in the middle centre, is the cyan ring (a charge port). The coral ring is lower down on the right, just under a small drop-target bank on the right of the mid-field.
The big bubbles face each other across the middle. The cyan one floats on the middle left and the coral one on the middle right. Each has a single shell, so one hit of the right colour pops it. The cyan bubble leaves a magnet behind; the coral bubble leaves an extra pop bumper.
At the start Burbu blows in one cluster of small bubbles shaped like a heart. It hangs from an anchor bubble with a gold ring. There are no special small bubbles and no ramps here; everything else is the shared chassis: plunger lane on the right, two flippers, two slingshots, both orbits, SHIELD and CHARGE on the left, COMBO and BONUS on the right.
The objective
CLEAN SWEEP: pop every big bubble and every small bubble before the clock runs out. A ball only pops bubbles of its own colour; any other colour bounces it. Choose the colour with the 3 top lanes (the flippers rotate them), swap it by pressing both flippers at once, or roll through a coloured ring. Pop the gold-ring anchor of the heart and the whole cluster falls at once.
Strategy, step by step
- A plain ball fresh from the plunger takes the colour of the first small bubble it touches, so let the opening shot kiss the heart and read which colour the ball comes back with.
- Look for the gold ring on the heart's anchor bubble and aim at it early: dropping the heart in one go clears most of the small bubbles and earns the WHOLE CLUSTER star on your very first table.
- The cyan ring sits right under the bumper triangle, so a ball tumbling out of the bumpers often rolls through it and comes down cyan, ready for a short diagonal flip at the middle left bubble.
- Coral lives low on the right under the drop-target bank. When you need coral in a hurry, press both flippers together instead of waiting for the ball to wander over there.
- Pop the coral bubble on the middle right to gain an extra pop bumper; the magnet from the cyan bubble then helps hold the ball in the middle while you mop up the last stray bubbles.
How to get 3 stars
Each star is its own challenge. QUICK: finish with at least a quarter of the clock left. NO BALL LOST: clear the table without a drain (a lost ball costs 5 seconds, but balls never run out). WHOLE CLUSTER: pop the heart's gold-ring anchor so the cluster drops in one piece. You can pass the table with no stars and come back for them.
Common mistakes
- Firing a cyan ball at the coral bubble on the middle right. Wrong colours just bounce, and each wasted rebound eats clock you need for the QUICK star.
- Chipping at the heart one small bubble at a time. Its gold-ring anchor drops the lot, so hunting single pops is slower and throws away the WHOLE CLUSTER star.
- Forgetting the two-flipper swap. On this open board pressing both flippers together is the fastest way to switch between cyan and coral.
