Playing the game
The game needs no account and asks for no personal data. Your progress is saved on your device. To improve the game it sends anonymous technical events (for example, a table started or finished) with no cookies, no identifiers and nothing you type.
Online ranking
If you appear in the online ranking we only store a random identifier created on your device, a generated nickname (an animal and a number) and your scores.
Website analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and learn which pages help people find the game. It records the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses and we do not use it for advertising. Without your consent it is never loaded. With the same consent, the web version of the game also tells it how far you play: tables, worlds and packs reached, screens opened, scores and in-game choices.
Purchases
Content packs bought on the website are paid through PayPal, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only receive the order reference and the pack purchased.
Who receives data
Google Ireland Limited (analytics) and PayPal (payments) act on our behalf. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Ranking entries are kept while the ranking exists.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to apalabrados.co@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).
