Who we are
Bubble Pinball is made by MAVA Games. For any privacy question, write to apalabrados.co@gmail.com.
Playing the game
You can play without an account, and your progress is saved on your device. To improve the game it sends anonymous technical events (for example, a table started or finished) with no cookies and nothing you type. They carry only a random installation identifier created on your device, which cannot be linked to you or to an account.
Online ranking
If you appear in the online ranking we only store a random identifier created on your device, a generated nickname (an animal and a number) and your scores.
Your account
To buy on bubblepinball.com you sign in with Google or Apple (Apple is offered on iPhone, iPad and Mac), so your purchases are kept safe and can be restored on any device. From either one we only store your account identifier, your email address and your first name, together with the purchases linked to them and the random identifier of each device where you signed in. With Apple, the email may be a private relay address that Apple forwards to you, and your name only reaches us the first time you sign in. Your session is a random token kept on your device. You can sign out at any time from the game (ACCOUNT screen).
Website analytics
This website and the web version of the game use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help people find the game. It records the pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city), how you arrived and how far you play: levels, zones and worlds reached, screens opened, scores and in-game choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it runs without storage: no cookies and no identifier are kept on your device. In other countries it uses the cookies listed below. Google Analytics never stores IP addresses and we never use it for advertising. You can switch measurement off at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Purchases
In the web game you can buy optional extras, such as pearls and helps, paid through PayPal, which processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only receive the order reference and the item purchased. In the mobile apps, purchases (including “No ads”) go through Google Play or the App Store.
Mobile apps: ads and device data
The Android and iOS apps show ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use your device's advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location and how you interact with the ads, under Google's own privacy policy. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy; on Android, if you prefer not to consent, you can play by buying “No ads”. On iPhone and iPad the system also asks whether the app may track you. Buying “No ads” removes the ads shown between tables. The apps send the same anonymous game events as the web game, together with performance data such as frame rate, tied to a random installation identifier created on your device; none of it is linked to your name, your account or your advertising identifier.
Who receives data
Google Ireland Limited (analytics) and PayPal (payments) act on our behalf. Google also verifies your sign-in as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy, and Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Ireland) does the same when you use Sign in with Apple. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Ranking entries are kept while the ranking exists. Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it; purchase records are kept for the time tax law requires (6 years in Spain).
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to apalabrados.co@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD at aepd.es).
